Role Purpose
The IT Administrator at Aeonn Ark owns end-to-end IT infrastructure and technology operations across the group, with primary responsibility for Innovspace coworking locations.
This role ensures reliable, secure, and member-friendly technology services — from seamless Wi-Fi for solo founders to enterprise-grade VLANs and dedicated networks for large teams.
You are the single point of accountability for IT availability, uptime, security, and member experience across all Innovspace sites, while supporting Aeonn Ark’s broader operational standards.
Great infrastructure should be invisible. When it fails, it’s immediately felt. This role exists to make sure it doesn’t fail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Location Infrastructure Ownership (Innovspace-First)
Own and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches, and access points across all Innovspace locations
Standardise configurations, documentation, and security baselines across sites
Manage ISP relationships, redundancy, failover, and SLA adherence
Implement monitoring, alerts, and reporting for uptime, bandwidth, and performance
2. New Location IT Setup & Expansion Support
Own the IT workstream for new Innovspace launches
Design network architecture, procure hardware, coordinate installation, testing, and handover
Build and maintain a repeatable IT launch playbook with defined milestones and sign-offs
3. Member IT & Enterprise Support
Ensure smooth member onboarding: internet access, printers, meeting room tech, access credentials
Support enterprise client requirements:
Dedicated VLANs
Static IPs
AV and conferencing standards
Maintain near-zero downtime for meeting room and shared tech infrastructure
4. IT Operations, Support & SLA Management
Run ticketing workflows with clear SLAs and escalation paths
Guide and coordinate on-site or outsourced IT support staff
Track, analyse, and publish monthly incident and root-cause reports
5. Security, Access & Compliance
Implement and enforce IT security controls: firewalls, patching, endpoint protection
Own user lifecycle management (onboarding, access changes, exits)
Ensure endpoint and network standards are followed across Innovspace
Support data privacy, access control, and audit readiness as per Aeonn Ark governance
6. Vendor & Asset Lifecycle Management
Manage IT vendors, contracts, SLAs, renewals, and performance reviews
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory across locations
Plan upgrades, replacements, and capacity expansion within approved budgets
Tools & Environment
Office & coworking networks (LAN / Wi-Fi)
Laptops, desktops, printers, access points
Email and collaboration tools (Microsoft / Google ecosystem)
Basic security tools (antivirus, backups)
Requirements Must Have
3–5 years of IT administration experience (multi-site strongly preferred)
Strong networking fundamentals: Wi-Fi, VLANs, firewalls, switches
Experience managing IT support staff or vendors
Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools
Degree or diploma in IT / Computer Science / related field
Preferred
Experience in coworking, hospitality, or service-intensive environments
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration
Access control systems and CCTV familiarity
Certifications such as CCNA / Network+ / Security+
Key Competencies
Ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told
Member-first thinking — tech should enable work, not interrupt it
Calm problem-solving under pressure
Ability to standardise systems and scale across locations
Clear communication with non-technical teams
Why This Role Matters at Aeonn Ark
Innovspace is built for founders who are building from scratch. If the internet fails, meetings stall. If systems break, trust erodes.
We’re looking for someone who values reliability over flash, clarity over complexity, and understands that the best IT work is the kind nobody notices — because everything just works.
